I could never be totally done with trackdays....it's one of my few "zens" that allow me to be relaxed in life and have a reason not to kill everyone
I can understand about the cost....hence the reason why I corner worked for a few orgs. out here....it allows me to do them for free. I won't be doing that as much this year, because the main org I corner work for only does 2 tracks out here...and I want to get out and experience some of the other ones....I just have to give up doing "some" trackdays as opposed to "all" trackays.
JR.....being single is all well and fun....but let me tell ya freedom gets boring in some retrospect....for me, it's not about having a "nagging" partner....but over the past 9 1/2 years that I have been married, I wouldn't of made it through so many situations without my wife and kids. I am not saying go out and get married by all means. Enjoy life, and when you are ready...you'll jump in....if not, you won't:thumbup:
I look at it this way with my wife.....I am not "married" except by law....I have a great "friend" and partner that can actually put up with my shit and understands "me"....how many women do you know would of shown up at the ER after you just suffered a severe motorcycle accident and said...."you are getting another motorcycle"
and that's all that matters
And no Mike....I think it's closer to 4x the amount....maybe even 5. Because I think for that amount....I could buy a sweet ass house....with some land
