Running 1125cc Buells with 600's? You cna just see those thing pull on the small I4's in the straights with their additional power and torque. What a sad commentary on American sport bikes that they have to run in a class with bike with about 1/2 of their displacement... On a brighter note - pretty cool to see a NESBA CR (Ron Hix) out there tearing it up and holding his own with the big boys

I watched the race too... The only reason Eslick was remotely in the front was because of his speed on that front straight.

Gotta admit I am not going to miss him (Mladin) at all... He is a good rider, but poor attitude. |

The trouble with the AMA races is they have the Nascar idiots running the show. What a bunch of jackasses. I used to be a big Nascar fan but over the last 10 years they have turned that into a damm fucking bore. Added that is the fact they have a two or three hour show filled with fucking BS before every race. If you watch World Superbike just once you have a hard time sitting in front of a TV watch that crap. |

I like Mladin also, I think he just doesn't suffer fools very well. God knows the AMA series has a lot of those! |
