I seem to like the linear style better, just not a big fan of the rotary. Don't have a reason why but figured since there are already mounts there why not buy one thats fit them.

I like oem fits better because most of the time it is in a crash safe location. The 96-99 GSX-R 750's had it on the side so if you laid it down on the left you ended up damaging the damper and having to buy a new one.

Cool. I've been checkin on prices and need to get another stand for my 636. This one is like the vortex rear but has the adapter yeah? If I wanted, I could use it for either or.

i think he means fork or under the tripple lift stand - not sure if Vortex does that? PitBull does make one like that.
