The Good News first:

Was supposed to do a 4 trackday weekend....started off great



The Bad News:

Today....day 2.....low sided in Turn 10 of the Streets of Willow at Willow Springs raceway Pictures to follow....I hit a crack in a left hander at turn 10 and the back tire broke loose while I was doing about 45-50....need rear sets to run the bike....plastics are officially shot

My leathers got rashed up a little on the left side.....but I did remember something from NESBA's training.....always pat the ground first to make sure you are done sliding

you OK? waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too much of this shit going around this season

Other than my pride....I'm fine. My left hip hurts ....think I just slammed down to hard...I know it's not broken...I will be sore tomorrow....I will be corner working the next two days, and not riding


The funny thing is....I didn't even realize I low-sided at first....my left ass check started getting warm and I realized that the bike was sliding away from me....then I just started laughing as I was patting the ground Just watching the bike slide along the pavement into the dirt....

On the Big track....there was some WSMC (Willow Springs Motorcycle Club) racing going on...somebody went down on Turn 9....within 15 minutes life-flight was there

Glad you're OK Wife's gonna kill you

Guess you're OK without a heli ride, since you've already had one of those

Hope the other rider is OK.

Was it worth it???? YES Headlights and turn signals are all good...no scratches to them...so they will be for sale soon...

I was laughing the entire time I was sliding....once the adrenilin wore off....I realized that my hip was hurting.....I am going to just give it a few days....I am sure it will be all good. But for once....I walked away from a wreck

I gave myself a permanent reason to have a trackbike now....seeing how I do more track time than road riding anyways....I figured why not

Doesn't look too bad. Make that thing a trackwhore now...

That's the plan....just don't do enough riding besides to and from work to justify it being street legal again...not that it would be costly to do....just need rear sets.....
