My XT timer took a slow shit over the last few track days. It started off with doubling up laps and randomly stopping sessions at Thunderbolt and completely crapped out a few weeks ago at Jennings. I have to give Austin from www.onlinepaddock.com a shout out for letting me borrow one from him for 2 of the 3 days there. Give his shop a shout, he's good people! So I called XT after getting back from Jennings and they told me to send in the timer (display, IR, and cable). I got a call from them a few weeks later and they for some reason could not locate my display and cable. Without so much as a fuss they offered to send me a brand new unit - no questions asked. Can't beat that type of service on a 3 year old, out of warranty unit. Great product and a good company! |

I had to get a new cable from them after a crash severed mine. Great to deal with and fast shipping. |

They have the best customer service around. I've always been happy with my responses from them. |
