So here's a good news bad news situation. It looks like at some point this Spring/Summer I'm going to be getting a promotion at work that will require us to relocate. The exact timing is up in the air as there are a lot of moving parts to it. And when we do find out the date we will only have about a 1 month advance notice (potentially less). I was really looking forward to this upcoming season both racing and track days but sacrifices must be made I suppose. Racing this season is out for sure. So I'll be posting up most of my stuff for sale shortly if anyone needs anything let me know...I just listed the bike on WERA here: http://weraclassifieds.com/ads/2006-gsx ... et-extras/ I just bought a bunch of Dunlop NTEC take-offs, I've got a lap-timer, Woodcraft warmers, spare rims, subframe, fairing stay, gauge cluster, clip-ons, levers, transponder, take-off Pirelli rains and some other stuff I'm sure. I'm tossing around the idea if my bike sells of getting a street R6 to try and make some early track days and then resell it once I get the call. The street R6's seem to sell fairly easily. Anyway, if you know anyone that wants to get into trackdays/racing I've got basically a turn-key package for them. |

Thanks guys, like I said if it works out I still might see everyone at a few of the early track days. Initially I'll be in the DC area, which is obviously close to a few tracks. But for about five months after the move I'll be in training with not much time to myself. After that it will be winter, so spring/summer of 2013 I should be able to get back on the horse. |
