Definitely was a great day!! Great turn out for them, the first two sessions I went out in the "I" group and there were about thirty riders. The rest of the day I went out with "A" group, not sure how may there were but it looked to be fewer than twenty.
Knocked some more time off, made it around in 106:33. That's my best to date. I am getting more comfortable with the pace between that and 109:00. I had a lot of laps that were mid 107's to mid 109's. The two things I know that are working better are carrying more speed into T1 and maintaining it through 2,3 &4, and going into T10 faster.
The "A" group passing rules woke me up more than once
. There were some fast "A" riders out.
pat looks like he's picked up a buch of speed from last year.
