probably would be good if Ray would just say X number of people need to commit and he'll do it and then we'll have something solid to shoot for.

The up side is that I could go wild and shoot till 5pm vs. having to stop at 2pm and sort, also finding a place to set up 4 or 5 computers might be tuff, need a garage to keep the sun off the screens it also means a car vs. a truck, I can post every single shot online and use FTP to deliver The downside is you would have to collect your money back and I would feel like crap if you where not able to recover it... we can come up with back up plan just in case to insure you dont get stuck. Basically I want it to be lower cost than normal and easy. I had thought of using some of my miles to fly down but Sara informed me there is no way I am permitted to escape the cold without her so it looks like we are driving

Ray, as far as i am concerned, you can shoot pics all day and not worry about sorting and showing them. Then when you get home you can sort, burn and mail them at your leisure. I hope it works out to be worthwhile for you to come because i need some action pics of my new bike.  Heres a cool pic you took of my old bike, i love how it shows the heat coming out of the exhaust.

Ray's work speaks for itself and I'm sure enough will see the value of having him down there to shoot our pics. Therefore, I want Ray there and I'll work on the details of ensuring his presence

When it get closer to February, let us know if Ray is going and if not, what we need to do to get him to go. I'm sure most people know Rays work and know its worth the money. This is really cool of Ray to drive that far to take pics for us.
