Dunno - something is either loose or shorting, not sure why it would be ECU related but Jason/Dan would know better than me. Problem with intermitent shit is trying to replicate it. Swapping the harness and ECU would be a lot easier than buying a new bike. It's not hard to do, just time consuming. I'm guessing the guy that had the bike before you did a slice and dice job on the harness. Could be coming back to haunt you now.

new harness and ecu plus time consuming= money i dont have. plus my tires started tearing again. jiggy said it was hot tear even though it was the same pressure i ran at NJMP when it was in the 90's. took the rear all the way to 32psi in the SC pros. didnt do a thing. plus my brakes went soft after a few laps and i was almost pulling to the handlebars. i just dont get how this shit happens because i dont touch my bike between TD's unless i pull the wheels to get tires but every time i go to the track its like i have a new bike and idk what problem im going to have that weekend. hence selling it and starting over with something else because this bike is nothing but a headache and i dont have the cash to sort it out

Just a thought on the suspension issues - it was a lot hotter today than I think when you ran at NJMP? That could certainly make a difference in tire wear. You're starting to ride fast enough where little shit actually does matter.
