To determine which direction to go, you either have to "bounce the bike" or just adjust one way and see if it cleans up or gets worse.
It looks like from the pictures there your rear shocks rebound was off, it was improving as the day when on at Beaver but I forget if you said yours was too soft or too hard before adjusting.
