I will be showing up sometime on Saturday to watch the B guys run and take some pics and then I'll be out with the I group on Sunday. Can't wait for this day...

oh, it the SED? for some reason I was not a big fan of it when I did it last year.

i like the regular 3 group format better - i only ran like an extra 30 miles last year at the SED - actually less than we ran at Nelson with the 30 minute sessions. Just does not seem worth the asking price.

guess i'm gonna have to flip a coin for that weekend, i really like nelson but
if i could benefit from any special CR attention then i would find the extra
bills for the day at beaver.
