milo, since you asked...
just plan on being at my place at 3pm on Friday - please bring the rivet gun and rivet's for chad's exhaust.
chad's and evan's bikes will be here and prepped.
i'd like to have every one rolling by about 3:30 from here - that will put us at Beaver at around 7 - 7:30 so we'll still have enough light to set up the easy-up's, etc. and then go grab some grub.

chad, measure the circumference of the muffler and see if you can find a hose clamp to fit it. i'd still also pick up a roll of muffler tape (AutoZone, etc. will know what it is if you go in and ask). We cna rivet the bitch and then wrap muffler tape around the rivets and the crack.
