With A group big and B and I smaller, how are you planning on running the days? Combine B and I but keep I passing rules. We then have two 30 min sessions per hour. Can you run the day how you want or does JGP still control it? Maybe run an open track the last day.

Probably won't do the mock races. As for combining B and I it is a possibility. Day one will definitely run 3 groups to allow everyone to learn the course. After that we may combine B and I but I want to discuss that with them at the event. I was thinking of rotating 20 min sessions but with 2 groups we would have more rotations. Just be aware a lot of us will be a bit out of shape so be careful what you hope for.
